I visited three times in January for the flu and went again today for rhinitis. I used to go to an ENT clinic near Guro Digital Complex because I lived nearby, but they seemed to just prescribe medication carelessly. Since switching to Myeong ENT Clinic, which is closer, it's been much better. Although the waiting time is considerable (usually 15-20 people), they don't seem rushed to get through patients quickly. Instead, they carefully examine you and answer questions diligently without making you feel like a bother. There's no over-treatment either. Some clinics have told me to repeat allergy tests even if I've had them before, saying things might have changed, but this clinic didn't pressure me like that. I was grateful they took specific notes about my condition. Today, I had an X-ray or CT scan, and it cost 7,900 won. I only saw the doctor on the right side when I entered. The doctor has a kind face and a compassionate personality. ㅎㅎ Also, I saw a review about nurses being unfriendly, but I've received IV fluids there, so I've had many interactions with the nurses. I never felt they were unfriendly! It can feel like a busy market due to the number of patients, and while they might not be exceptionally friendly, they are definitely not unfriendly.

The entire experience from consultation to payment was unpleasant. While receiving a simple ear cleaning prescription, the doctor casually touched my upper left chest with their elbow, which felt uncomfortable. During the ear disinfection using a device resembling a hairdryer, a nurse called out my name to proceed with payment. When I was flustered and misspoke, they laughed among themselves, which made me feel even worse and regret coming here.
