The prices are slightly on the higher side. (This is likely due to the latest equipment, which should be considered. The modern equipment ensures accurate diagnoses.) 5. They seem very busy (one instance of a dental probe being used to touch the roof of the mouth during examination). The doctor appears busy moving between patients. Overall: Advanced equipment and excellent diagnostics (though I've seen cases where even the latest equipment failed to diagnose). If you receive a simple treatment and are satisfied with the thoroughness, it seems like a good place for consistent visits.

I received consultations for both braces and implants and am considering treatment. The doctors were kind and explained things in detail. I was referred here and have had consultations at a few places, but I think I'll start here. I also liked that the medical equipment seemed to be kept clean.

To begin with, they were kind and explained things well. I haven't had my actual treatment yet as I'm still scheduling (I canceled a previous scaling appointment), but I will update my rating then. However, the scaling itself deserves only one star. From the moment the scaling started, I felt something was off and lacking. As expected, it was indeed insufficient. It felt like the person handling the equipment was inexperienced. I kept thinking, 'This feels strange, they should be at this point by now, why does the sound seem different than usual...' Then suddenly, 'It's finished.' ... 'Sigh.' My intuition was correct. For example, at Bundang Philip Medical, after removing tartar during scaling, they use a hard sponge-like material to thoroughly clean the surfaces and inner parts. This results in a smooth, shiny finish on the teeth, with the back surfaces also completely clean. Here, however, the tartar on the back of my teeth was still present. I can't upload photos because it's inside the mouth, but among all the dental clinics I've visited, I believe this one is the worst. The scaling service definitely needs improvement.

Everything is good, but the waiting time is over an hour. It seems like too many appointments are booked for the same time. Please only accept as many patients as you can accommodate. Patients have no choice but to wait for an hour or two.
