It's not good.

There are hardly any specialized dermatology clinics in Dongtan, but the doctor is truly kind. First of all, I feel reassured. The wait time has become longer as it changes from 2 minutes to 1 minute. Still, I think it's a good hospital.

I wish it had been a long time since I visited because of my facial skin. I wish I had proceeded quickly~~

The staff at the hospital counter are really unfriendly. They don't answer any questions, but they respond with their own words like a whisper. Their words and actions seem like they're trying to argue with someone who came in, but are you going to go to the hospital alone? It's scary. Really.

This is a hospital that discriminates against patients.

I went yesterday and today for two consecutive days, and yesterday, the doctor told me to come to the treatment room immediately, so I registered for the treatment room. There was no waiting time in the treatment room, and the general waiting time was 18 people waiting for 3 hours. However, the woman wearing glasses at the reception said she hadn't received any more treatment at all. Yesterday, the doctor told me to come to the treatment room immediately, and they just kept telling me that they couldn't do anything else. Even after receiving treatment at the dialysis treatment room, the MD cream prescription was bluntly accompanied by a general wait. The doctor told me to check if I would follow the doctor's advice, so I checked and received the cream immediately after receiving treatment at the treatment room. I might not have been able to get the doctor's treatment because I was busy, but it's so difficult to verify if the MD cream prescription is normal. Overall, the atmosphere is kind

The staff is friendly. However, the waiting time is more than two hours, making it uncomfortable to use.

My child received treatment for acne freezing, and I received a laser treatment. There weren't many dermatology specialists, so I heard a rumor from far away. Even though there were many people waiting, I think it's worth it. My child's acne has almost disappeared in just two sessions, and since the doctor specializes in laser treatments, he personally explained everything meticulously. It took a long time to receive proper treatment, so I felt truly different and recovered well. The doctor seemed like a professor, but they were also kind, so I was touched. I received good treatment and am leaving. Thank you.

I'm grateful for the phone call before the reception and I like it. Although I have to wait a long time, the doctor's skills are excellent.

I've been waiting for over 3 hours, but now I can have a seat in between, and I like that I can check the waiting time on the phone as well. The waiting time is always very long, so visit whenever you have time~~ The staff are also friendly compared to the busy side ^^
