Hello. I am a patient who visited the hospital today. Firstly, thanks to the doctor's kind and meticulous examination, the treatment ended well and pleasantly. However, regarding the reception attitude of the consultation desk staff, I note the need for improvement on the part of the hospital. When I asked for a prescription for gum medication after the consultation, I was deeply disappointed by how the patient's eyes didn't even look at each other, but responded with impatience. The previous consultant was very kind, so this experience is even more regrettable. I believe the doctor's medical skills and communication with patients are also the face of the hospital. I ask for education and improvement so that other patients don't experience any discomfort like me.

This place is really great and the staff are friendly. I wish I knew more about myself, but I share it for the public good.
