Even though there were many patients, the nurses at the desk worked tirelessly to speed things up!

It was very unfriendly, similar to the review below. There was no detailed explanation of my symptoms, and the doctor aggressively disinfected my throat with a cotton swab, worsening my inflammation. I rarely write reviews, but this was truly excessive. Does it make sense to leave a hospital in worse condition than when you entered?

Although the doctor seemed a bit blunt, their kind explanation gave me confidence.

이렇게 관리가 안되는 곳은 처음이네요. 안내 데스크 하는분은 절차도 없고 당연하다는 것처럼 안내도 없고 왔으면 서류 작성하란 말도 없고 첫 내원은 내원이 아닌가봐요? 그리고 코로나 확진자도 같은 공간에 있는데 애기랑 어머니 두분다 걸리신거 같은데 끊임없이 기침은 물론 말하고 소리지르는데 제재 하나 없네요. 기다리는 분들은 저 포함해서 그 두분 전부 피해서 앉으려고 하고 그냥 서 계시는 분들도 있고^^ 코로나로 다들 예민한데 이런것 케어 하나가 안된다는게 실망스러워요. 다시는 안갈거 같아요.
