The nurses provided no guidance and were unfriendly. They said I needed a hearing test and performed it in a room. When I pressed the button to indicate I heard the sound, the button sound was so loud that I couldn't hear the sounds from the earphones. While performing another test, they said the machine wasn't working and kept testing on my sore ear. They could have tested it on their own ears. After repeatedly pressing the machine against my ear more than ten times, they told me to leave. I couldn't complete one test, but they charged me the full examination fee. Surprisingly, even the doctor looked at the results and didn't ask why the other tests weren't done. They just said it was Meniere's disease and advised me to go to a university hospital if it doesn't improve with medication. When I asked what Meniere's disease was, the doctor didn't answer. I had to look it up at home to find out. They prescribed medication containing a high dose of steroids without any explanation. Instead, the pharmacist kindly explained the prescribed medication. The medication resolved on its own without me taking it. It would be great if they could be a little friendlier, but it seems I'll have to travel further to a hospital rather than visit my local one.

I've visited twice and received the same prescription both times. The medication has had no effect at all, even after explaining my situation... The doctor was friendly, but I think this is the limit of this hospital.
