The doctor provides excellent care and is very informative when asked questions. Although previous reviews mentioned the reception staff as unfriendly, the current staff are kind and provide helpful guidance.

I would like to make one suggestion. It seems like there are many patients with coughs these days. I also took the cough and phlegm medicine prescribed by the doctor, but it did not improve. However, my grandson, who is a specialist in infectious diseases, visited and requested an urgent corona test. After receiving the results and taking the medication, I am almost fully recovered. I strongly advise against going here. It was a truly terrible experience. I was in immense pain and struggling to get by, so I went to the clinic. Despite having time left before closing, they told me I couldn't be seen and shut the door without a word. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. I guess they're doing really well then.

The medication is prescribed and administered appropriately.

I checked Kakao Map and saw they closed at 6:30 PM, so I arrived at 6 PM only to be told they were no longer accepting patients, with two people already waiting. A nurse with glasses, who seemed older, transparently explained that it depends on the situation that day. Please update your closing time so I don't waste my precious time and have to go to a different hospital from the start!

Both the doctor and the nurses were kind, so I received treatment comfortably.
