An unpleasant and unfriendly place. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to. The nurse or whoever was in the treatment room during my appointment was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. I am grateful to the doctor and the reception staff for taking good care of my child.

The staff were friendly. Although I initially thought they might be a bit cold, they were kind and welcoming. They also provided books and a TV that children would enjoy. I was concerned after reading previous reviews, but they were even friendlier than the reviews suggested. Highly recommended! 👍 They also explained things thoroughly.

The doctor seems to have an underlying attitude of superiority or disregard for guardians. I recently visited out of necessity as it was near my home, but I am leaving this review after deciding I need to go elsewhere, even if it's farther away. It seems the doctor's careless actions (not a head shake out of concern for the child, but a 'tsk tsk' that makes you feel guilty, like 'Why are you letting the illness worsen and not managing it properly?') are also evident. The person at the counter (especially this person) is extremely slow with their work, making us wait at least 10 minutes even when there are no other customers. I was positively influenced by the post-treatment care (text or phone calls) and visited multiple times, over 10, hoping to build trust, but it seems like a bonus service thanks to the receptionist's meddling. Rather than a system focused on proper management, this place seems to maintain its status as a long-standing neighborhood clinic. For those with thick skin who can overlook condescending tones or sarcastic behavior, this might be an acceptable place (as there's no over-treatment). However, in this day and age, I believe there's no need to endure such unpleasantness and guilt from a doctor who seems to have a subservient attitude.
