I went to get a shock wave injection, and the injection was painless. The desk staff also explained the precautions well.

I went to get an IV drip because I was so tired. The guide was kind, and the injection room was clean and comfortable. The wait was a bit long.

의사 선생님은 연세가 있으신데도 설명을 자세히 잘해주시고 진료 자체는 괜찮았어요. 그런데 직원들 응대 때문에 너무 불쾌했고 다시 방문하고 싶지 않은 병원이었어요. 특히 진료실 기준 가장 오른쪽 직원분은 환자를 일부러 불편하게 만드는 듯한 태도가 느껴졌어요. 먼저 접수했는데도 늦게 온 환자가 먼저 들어가는 일이 있었고, 대기 순서 TV도 꺼져 있어서 기준을 알 수 없었어요. 처방전이 나와도 이름을 바로 부르지 않아 계속 눈치를 보게 만들더라고요. 전체적으로 환자를 배려하기보다 귀찮아하고 무관심한 분위기가 강하게 느껴졌어요. 아픈 몸으로 찾은 병원에서 이런 대우를 받으니 많이 실망스러웠어요. 재방문 의사는 없어요.

They moved to Bangbaedong due to redevelopment, but they continue to provide meticulous and sincere medical care as always. They don't recommend unnecessary tests or medications, and they listen carefully to my symptoms and explain them easily, so I always trust them. My whole family consistently visits this clinic, and I believe it's an internal medicine clinic I can trust in the neighborhood. Thank you always for your diligent care over the years. 처방을 잘해주세요

The examination time for each patient is too long. While neighborhood clinics usually just give out cold medicine, here each patient is seen for about 12 minutes on average. I took my son, and we waited for over an hour without any sign of being seen. Regardless of whether I get better or not, this is quite serious. If it's going to be like this, I won't be coming back.

The doctor explained in detail and kindly. Disposable sheets were placed on the bed for IV drips, which ensured cleanliness.
