I will definitely recommend this place for the extraction of wisdom tooth. While I extracted the next impacted tooth and had another extraction, it took me about 15 minutes. I was amazed. I am receiving an implant (bone graft) surgery treatment and writing it. After the bone graft surgery, the staff member and the female doctor performed the nasal lifting and lifting of my head. There was no prior guidance on this procedure, and I had to ask because there was no detailed check-up and explanation, such as identification of my gum condition, but the doctor who performed the surgery was not, which made me feel uneasy. During the treatment, I was only concerned about the condition of my bone graft. I felt they meticulously identified my condition. It seemed fine. After the last implant treatment, I was not guided in terms of management methods, post-treatment needs, or regular care arrangements.

I am writing this review because I am so embarrassed and angry. Even during my busy orthodontic treatment schedule, I booked my appointment and visited. However, there was a situation where they didn't fully proceed with the appointment on that day without any explanation. Furthermore, I received guidance that the treatment should only be done within a few months, but contrary to the facts, it only wasted time and only extended the duration of the orthodontic treatment. When I asked why they didn't complete the treatment, they said there were too many waiting patients. I am truly upset with the attitude of overwhelmingly accepting patients and overriding their responsibilities. If I don't think I'm getting an appointment, I should have been able to deal with it beforehand. I am disappointed and angry in many ways.
