I was deeply disappointed by the patient's reasonable questions, and I was disappointed by the immature response, which seemed laughable. I interviewed my child for a tooth extraction. Before the closing time of the night clinic (at 9 PM), I was informed that the waiting time could be longer than an hour. Accordingly, "In any case, if the waiting time is long, rather than wasting an accidental hour in the hospital waiting room, I visited around 8:20 PM, the closing time of the reception (at 8:30 PM), to check in and wait. They politely suggested and raised my doubts. From a patient's perspective, it was a very sensible and reasonable question to efficiently use the long waiting time. However, the consultation staff did not understand the context of this question at all and mechanically repeated the answer,

The explanation was thorough and kind, and the doctor provided excellent care. Overall, everyone was friendly.
