흉터 때문에 계속 신경 쓰여서 상담받으러 갔는데 설명이 생각보다 자세했어요. 그냥 좋아진다 이런 말보다 지금 피부 상태가 어떤지, 어떤 식으로 관리해야 하는지 현실적으로 말해주셔서 더 믿음 갔습니다. 얼굴이라 조심스러웠는데 상담받고 나니까 일단 여기서 관리해봐도 괜찮겠다 싶었어요.

처음 가는 병원이라 살짝 긴장했는데 생각보다 분위기가 편해서 좋았어요 상담할 때도 제 고민을 대충 듣고 넘기는 느낌이 아니라 하나씩 봐주셔서 괜찮더라고요 무조건 이거 하세요 이런 느낌 아니고 제 상태에 맞게 설명해주셔서 부담이 덜했어요 병원도 깔끔하고 직원분들도 친절해서 첫 방문인데도 편하게 받고 왔습니다.
