기본 검사 쪼개기 청구로 진료비 폭탄 돌리는 병원, 두 번 다시 안 갑니다. 눈이 충혈돼 갔다가 진료비 폭탄 맞았습니다. 정밀검사인 EZ791을 제외한 나머지는 안과 가면 다 하는 기본 검사들입니다. 보통 만원 안팎이면 끝날 기본 진료인데, 이 병원은 안압, 굴절, 현미경 진찰에 사진 촬영까지 항목을 하나하나 쪼개서 모조리 청구했더군요. 정밀검사비를 빼도 기본 비용만 23,000원 돈이 나오는 셈입니다. 진료실에서 원장님이 본인은 건물주라 돈 욕심 없다고 생색은 다 내시더니, 정작 영수증에 총 33,000원이 찍힌 것 보고 충격먹었습니다. 수많은 안과를 다녀봤지만 이런 식으로 기본 검사 항목을 바득바득 다 밀어 넣어 진료비 부풀리는 곳은 생전 처음 봅니다. 말과 행동이 전혀 다른 과잉 청구 병원입니다.

제대로 진료도 못하는병원. 왜 다들 별점을 그렇게 줬는지 완전 이해되요 그냥 안구건조증으로 진단받았고 분명 염증같은건 없다고하셨죠? 제가 건조증치곤 너무아프니까 두세번이나 얘기해서 원한다고하니 안약 처방해줬구요 대충 면봉으로 한번 쓱 보고 눈물샘 막는 치료얘기하셨잖아요 제가 계속 아프고 찜찜해서 하루도안되 다른 안과진료보니 염증있다고 항생제 처방받았어요 근데 뭐 염증이없었다고요? 그럼 몇시간만에 염증이 생겼단말이에요? 간호사분 말하는것도 웃긴게 환자랑 같이 얘기해서 진료를 본다고 하는데 말장난하세요? 환자는 아픈곳을 확인하고 치료하러가는거지 병원가서 같이 토론하고 상의하러 가는게아니에요 그럼 의사가 왜있나요?ㅋㅋ내가 진단하고 약달라하고 거기는 처방만 해줘요? 응대최악에 병원진료로 사기당한기분은 또 처음이네요

Poor eye care

This place is truly awful. I suspected I had floaters, but it was my first time experiencing them, so I visited the hospital. The doctor simply told me that if I see about a hundred of them due to high myopia, it could be a retinal detachment and I should go to a large hospital. They then gave me a single sheet of paper explaining floaters. From a patient's perspective, you need to know what to do moving forward to recognize and manage your condition. Since there was no explanation, I kept asking questions. It felt like a game of twenty questions; every time I asked something, they told me to read the floater explanation paper. Eventually, they read me a summarized version. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to accurately inform me about my condition first and then provide the paper for further reading? Am I supposed to read an A4 paper right then and there during my consultation? When I asked questions, they just repeated what was already on the paper. They told me that I would get the same response at other hospitals. As soon as I left, I went to the clinic right next door. At the next clinic, they provided a thorough explanation, and I now clearly understand the condition of my eyes. I came to this second clinic because I was anxious, even if the information was similar, and wanted to get a second opinion. The difference is night and day. I realized the importance of choosing the right hospital. The nearby clinic was truly kind and thorough. Please keep this in mind when you decide where to go. Additionally, at the nearby clinic, I asked for several additional tests just in case, and received many. I expected the cost to be high, but it was surprisingly cheaper, which is ironic.

수요일날 단체로 휴업하는 워라밸 최강 강남 안과들 사이에서 수요일도 밤 8시까지 진료해주시는 한줄기 빛같은 안과. 직장인 입장에서 수요일 밤8시까지 진료는 정말 감사하다. 인테리어 삐까뻔쩍한 곳 말고 이름 석자 걸고 하는 이런 병원이 찐인 경우가 많음. 병원에 작게 히포크라테스 동상도 있음. 환자에 대한 책임감도 있으시고 암튼 찐임. 다들 워라밸 칼퇴만 찾는 삐까뻔쩍한 곳 가지말고 여기 가세요
