I brought my mother here and received a botox treatment, and I'm very satisfied. I've already booked appointments for my mother and aunt for next week. Highly satisfied! 👍👍👍

Not even worth one star.

The doctor in charge was kind, and all the staff were kind, but there's no point in making an appointment. I had to wait. When I asked when I would go in, even after asking two or three times, all I got was 'Please wait a moment.' haha. I know it's unreasonable to give an exact time, but they should at least explain why it's delayed or how many people are ahead of me. Instead, I had to ask in detail to get any response, and even then, it was just 'Please wait a moment.' When I asked to cancel my appointment and come back next time, they said they had to check and just said 'Wait a moment.' There was an open spot in the procedure room, and they offered to have another doctor perform the procedure if I was okay with that, but I wanted the doctor I originally chose, so I said I'd come back next time and left.
