I went because of a molar toothache, and they said the root was cracked and it needed extraction. I underwent treatment several times, but the pain worsened to the point where daily life was difficult, and I couldn't function without painkillers. My trust eroded, so I transferred to a university hospital. After just one treatment there, I recovered. Later, I got a gold crown at a local clinic to finalize the treatment... (Of course, the tooth was not cracked.) It's too inconvenient to come twice a week. Honestly, I preferred the previous doctor. The nurses are also unfriendly. When I asked if it was okay regarding COVID, they just said they sterilize the instruments, which they did before COVID anyway. I'm worried about so many people opening their mouths and being seen by different doctors. When I asked about the sterilization and disinfection procedures, they replied, 'If you're still worried, come back later.' That was it. I'm still receiving treatment here for my braces and continue to visit, but I regret not going elsewhere if I had known this would happen.

I got braces here. It hasn't been great since the previous doctor retired. The orthodontist only comes twice a week.
