I went for the Pico laser eyebrow tattoo removal procedure, and the consultation experience was disappointing. The price I had been advised about changed when I arrived, but the English interpreter narrowed the difference to "over 10,000 won" and said the tax was "inclusive amount". This was a rather dismissive attitude rather than transparency. The consultation itself was cold and stiff, and the staff didn't have a friendly or reassuring atmosphere, which made me feel uncomfortable receiving the procedure. It was also difficult to find the hospital location. The elevator was in the back of the Olive Kingdom store, but I had no confidence about this at the time of my reservation.

The Japanese language was also available, and the fee settings were easy to understand.

The entire clinic was very clean! It was my first time getting skin care, but there was a Japanese interpreter, so I felt reassured and received the procedure!

Mr. Nichagaon was my English interpreter, and he was very kind and helpful. Although the consultation in Korean was limited, I was able to get an approximate idea of what treatment to receive. The doctor was not fluent in English, but the price was reasonable and the treatment was effective.

I came to get the latest Korean acid collagen hyaluronic acid injection. Fortunately, the doctor personally performed the procedure. The doctor's injection skills were excellent, making it much less painful than other hospitals, and the procedure was fast. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, so I will definitely visit again next time. I also appreciated that they provided Chinese language interpretation services! 👏

I'm especially grateful that the interpreter always helps me a lot and explains everything in an easy-to-understand way. The doctors are also professional and considerate of making the procedure comfortable, which gives me peace of mind. The prices are also very reasonable compared to the quality of service. Even though I can't speak Korean or English, LINE is available in Japanese, and there's also a Japanese interpreter on the same day, so I was able to do the consultation and procedure without anxiety. I feel reassured because during the consultation, I can save my budget and do it within a reasonable range.
