I always visit.

The doctor's unique way of speaking or demeanor might lead to misunderstandings, but with repeated visits, you realize they genuinely care about the child and the parents. This care can be perceived as concern, or a desire to help as a professional. In any case, doctors in Korean hospitals generally don't spend more than 5 seconds thinking about a patient. Their job often requires them to see patients quickly, making it rare for them to genuinely contemplate a patient's situation. However, my family has felt for years, through numerous visits, that the doctor genuinely strives for our well-being (for the illness to be resolved). Therefore, unless it's an extreme emergency, we always consult with the doctor here first to discuss a strategy and then begin treatment. They help us determine what might be wrong, whether to transfer to a university hospital, which department to visit, and provide initial guidance. We are always grateful. Among the nurses, one is very kind, one is moderately kind, and two young nurses are quite unfriendly. Even though we've moved to a different apartment complex, we continue to come here. Since it's in a large commercial building, parking is convenient and it's generally okay. However, during after-school hours or on Saturdays, there are a tremendous number of patients.

I called to make a reservation and they were very unfriendly. Would I bring my child here?

The pediatric clinic has very dirty air conditioner dust. You cannot even get infant check-ups without using the 'DdakDok' app.

The hand sanitizer dispenses so dangerously, like a missile. What if it shoots into someone's eyes? It's a dangerous place.

This place deserves more than five stars. After visiting two places near my house, one in Songpa, one in Helio, and one in Gangdong, this is the one I trust completely. The diagnosis is swift and accurate, and the medication prescription is neither too weak nor too strong, as if they looked into my condition and prescribed it. Even my sensitive baby receives praise here! My baby doesn't like riding in taxis, so we have to take the bus, but I feel so at ease when I go there (I have great trust in their skills and attitude) that I willingly go even with my baby, who is not yet 36 months old, loaded with belongings!
