This is our neighborhood emergency room. They offer weekend consultations, so it's the go-to place for urgent needs! I've been coming here since the hospital opened, and the doctors are kind and wonderful. A while ago, my mother wasn't feeling well, and when I brought her in, after discussing her symptoms while she received a nutritional IV, the doctor suspected acute hepatitis and referred us to a large hospital where she received excellent treatment. Many children and adults visit this hospital for consultations. Perhaps because of this, while some people may have complaints, more are satisfied. Today, my child caught the flu, and we received great treatment. 👍

Sunday appointment cutoff is 12:30 PM and treatment cutoff is 1:00 PM. If not, change this information. I called at 12 PM and they said treatment was over, then hung up without letting me say a word, as if I were talking to an automated response system. I couldn't say anything, haha. If the phone etiquette is like this, I can't even imagine how rude the in-person service must be. Most mothers who call here on Sundays are likely calling because their child is sick. This seems like a hospital that can easily ruin an already bad mood. However, it seems okay when you visit in person. The doctor was also kind.

I went to get a vaccine, and the receptionist was so unfriendly... but the doctor was kind. haha

All the nurses and doctors were very, very kind. I can't imagine the negative reviews I saw below.

The reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, seemingly overwhelmed with their work.

백신 접종하는데 주의사항 물어봤더니 바쁘다고 인터넷에 쳐보라는게 말이되나요... 인터넷 할 줄 모르는 어르신들은 그냥 맞고 가만히 있으라는 거네요. 팜플렛이나 증명서 한 장 없이 제대로 맞긴 한건지 불쾌한 기분으로 왔네요.
