I was looking for a dental clinic near my company, and since it was quite large and well-located, I visited for treatment. As the clinic is large, the system is well-established, and I received thorough guidance from treatment to post-care. I think this is a pretty good dental clinic in this neighborhood.

I took my child for a cavity treatment after a long time, and the doctor is still great, thorough, and takes good care of us~^^

I visited for my child's scaling. A woman, who seemed to be the clinic manager, and someone like a nurse checked my child's teeth condition. They said there were black spots on the teeth that could lead to cavities and asked if we wanted treatment. I said I would discuss it with my spouse and return, and then proceeded with the scaling. I did not see the doctor before or after the scaling... I only got the scaling done. This is the first time I've encountered such a dental clinic. Later, we visited the dentist my spouse attends. They said the black spots were due to insufficient brushing. They used an instrument to easily remove them. My son was lightly tapped on the head and told to brush well, and the appointment concluded. Avoid this clinic and visit elsewhere. I went to this large dental clinic once, but I don't think this is the right place.

While looking at the X-rays in the consultation room, the location of the cavity was explained. When I mentioned that it was different from what I heard in the treatment room and asked if that wasn't the tooth, the explanation was corrected. Then, when I asked what the tooth they just said had a cavity was, they replied that it also had a cavity. It's confusing why the staff said there was a cavity when the doctor, after examining the whole mouth, said that tooth had no cavity. They said they explained it incorrectly because they were flustered. They tried to brush it off by mumbling when I asked, but I don't understand why they would lie. In the treatment room, while taking intraoral photos, they fumbled around, saying the camera was broken. It felt disorganized while I was lying there. They also offered a discount for immediate decision and upfront payment, which made me lose trust, so I did not proceed with the treatment.

The doctor provided excellent treatment! I was very worried about the cavity treatment, but they explained things well throughout the process! Haha

The doctors are friendly, and the dental hygienists are all kind too. The location near the subway station makes it convenient to visit! I appreciate that they only provide the necessary treatments.
