This is a new dental clinic I decided to visit after moving from one I used to visit. After researching the dental clinic near my home, I decided to come here. I received excellent treatment and came here. They usually tell me to come back after 2 months near my company. I'll make a reservation for my next check-up after 6 months. Haha. The atmosphere of the dental clinic... haha.

10년 넘게 다니고 있는 치과입니다. 과잉진료 없고, 설명도 자세하게 늘 친절히 말씀해주셔서 무서운 치과임에도 불구하고 편하게 다니고 있어요. 교정 및 일반 진료 모두 추천합니다~!!

I've been visiting this clinic for about 9-10 years for treatments and cleanings because it's close to my home. This is not a malicious review, but I'm leaving feedback hoping that the doctor and staff can read this and reflect on it, although it happened last year. (It seems all the previous staff members have been replaced as of my visit at the end of 2024.) Previously, I visited without an appointment for sudden pain or cleanings. So, I visited after lunch on a weekday to get a cleaning without a reservation. However, the staff were chatting and eating snacks at the desk and informed me that even with a reservation, same-day cleaning was not possible without a prior booking. As I work, it was difficult to revisit on a weekday, so I only made a reservation for Saturday and couldn't get the cleaning. Despite booking for Saturday, I received a call on the following weekday asking if I could come in for a cleaning that day. (I believe it's an unreasonable response to suggest changing my reservation over the phone when I had already booked for a day I could visit...) While the doctor's kind treatment is important, I believe there needs to be some management oversight regarding how the staff interact with visitors.
