Reading the comments, I see I wasn't the only one who felt this way. The doctor and dental hygienists are genuinely kind, but the front desk staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. I thought maybe I was being too sensitive, but it's strange that the front desk, which deals with the most people, has the worst service.
