I visited for an injury claim last June and wrote a detailed review. However, Kakao Map allegedly deleted it due to a report of 'infringement of human rights.' Did I use any offensive language? Apparently, it was because I mentioned the doctor's name by mistake. To avoid another report, I've masked the name of the director of this clinic. I had a traffic accident in early January and visited the clinic next door, a competitor called Macheon Korean Medicine Clinic. The level of detail in their examination is on a different level compared to Jungang Korean Medicine Clinic. That's why Macheon is always full of patients, while when I went to Jungang Korean Medicine Clinic last June for my injury claim, there were no patients. Also, when I received treatment at Jungang Korean Medicine Clinic, the lobby's air conditioning was on full blast, but the doctor's treatment room's AC was off. When I asked the doctor about it, he said he was cold and was wearing a long-sleeved shirt, tie, and a white coat. The reason for the report of infringement of human rights and insult was that I asked the doctor about the air conditioning and his name. I should have masked the director's name, but this clinic's director, with such a terrible personality, filed another report. At Jungang Korean Medicine Clinic, after handling the injury claim paperwork, the nurse asked for my accident number. Before seeing the doctor, there was no inquiry about my past medical history or blood pressure. The doctor's room felt like a sauna, and the consultation lasted only 3 seconds. Physical therapy, acupuncture, and cupping followed. When I asked the doctor if he didn't check my pulse during the consultation, he replied in a very annoyed and curt tone, 'Only when prescribing herbal medicine.' I was speechless. In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend Jungang Korean Medicine Clinic. The director of this clinic has deleted it again? I'll be watching. Afterward, did they verify my business registration? Everything I said from 1 to 10 was correct... At Macheon Korean Medicine Clinic, for the traffic accident injury claim, before the doctor's examination, I was asked to change into a gown. They inquired about my past medical history, chronic illnesses, etc., took my blood pressure, and I underwent a simple examination. Then, I had a face-to-face consultation with the doctor, where my medical history and chronic illnesses were discussed. The doctor checked my pulse and the consultation lasted about 15 minutes. Afterward, physical therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and manual therapy were performed. The hot moxibustion treatment on my abdomen was done very meticulously and in detail, which is why the clinic is always full of patients. I highly recommend Macheon Korean Medicine Clinic...!!!

I visited because my shoulder blade hurt. There were many patients, so I had to wait a bit for treatment, but as the doctor said, I almost recovered the next day. The acupuncture didn't hurt, and they only did what was necessary without excessive treatment.
