I went there for iliotibial band syndrome, and the consultation was good. However, when I received physical therapy, there was mold on the sponge... It seems they don't pay much attention to hygiene. I have no intention of revisiting.

The worst doctor ever... so rude. I've never seen a doctor who asks patients why they've come, no matter how many times I've visited. They didn't explain the non-insured injection at all, but tried to push the prolotherapy (glucose injection) on all patients. Later, they passed the explanation to the nurse. No wonder it was empty. I strongly advise you not to go there. There are two more orthopedic clinics near Exit 1 of Bangi Station, so it would be better to go elsewhere if possible.

The doctor was kind and provided excellent medical care. They explained things very well. I recommend this place.

The receptionist with big eyes is so unfriendly that I don't want to go back, but I have to until I find another hospital. I need to search diligently. The waiting area is extremely hot, and you all are wearing short sleeves and don't seem to feel the heat. The air conditioning isn't even on. You can't sit on the sofas by the window because they need curtains or blinds to block the sun. The staff member next to the big-eyed nurse (this short-haired nurse is also extremely unfriendly) is also being told off. They grumble and argue regardless of whether patients are present. If the doctor's treatment were excellent, I might overlook the nurse's unfriendliness, but I'm not sure if it's that good. I wonder why the nurses are working here for money but acting this way. Please acknowledge this review, and I will consider it for my next visit. I'm writing this with the hope that this hospital will become even more patient-centric.

I had a remote consultation because of back pain. The doctor was kind and prescribed medication well.

I like that the doctor explained everything thoroughly. I trust this clinic because they don't seem to provide unnecessary treatments.

I am receiving manual therapy. Both the doctor and the therapist are very kind and great.

I had been to several clinics for my ankle problems, but I'm seeing results after receiving injection treatment here~
