It's Monday, so it's very crowded, but everyone is kind, and most importantly, the prices are incredible. It took about 2 hours from reception, consultation, extraction, and implantation, as it was just one procedure. Parking is convenient. Especially if you have experience with implants, the explanation is simple, so you'll be even more satisfied. The staff are busy, but they are kind.

The waiting time is much longer than I expected. Especially, I don't know when the weekend ends... The woman on the right at the reception desk is incredibly unfriendly. If you want to tell me something, you have to speak up straight. I know they are busy because there are many patients, but even if they tell you one thing, they always tell you to go to the reception desk. When you go to the reception, write out your inquiries... It's hard to say a word... Don't ever leave the elderly alone.

They are absolutely not friendly. They are only very friendly during the consultation. I had three teeth extracted today, but if you just go there and wait, it's over. Apparently, when I called, they said the doctor was the same, but when I entered the operating room, they said the doctor didn't come today... Still, it's a bit annoying. The other doctor also said they are good, but there were no instructions about the surroundings after the surgery or what would be done if you pressed it in which direction. Last time, there were people who had creams every time I visited, and I waited for over two hours without any instructions, so I was surprised by the overwhelming number of people who wanted treatment without any guidance. How long should I go? If such a system exists~ It seems like staff training is necessary. They were very unfriendly and handed me a shopping bag before and after the treatment, so I was told to go to the pharmacy and get my medication. I'm grateful if most patients are under

I visited several places for implants and ended up coming here after a consultation. Although it's a bit crowded, the staff constantly guided me well, which didn't cause much discomfort. It was great that they proceeded quickly by appointment on the same day, even though I might be busy. I'm grateful that I can receive treatment for my uncomfortable teeth at a reasonable price. From now on, my family will come for smart implants. I'll recommend it to my acquaintances too!

I recently visited Smart Plant Dental Clinic. Overall, the hospital is clean, and the staff were basically friendly. However, depending on the time of day, there might be a bit of a waiting time, so I think it would be better to make an appointment. The consultation wasn't overly long or burdensome, and I didn't have any major discomfort because they explained things in an easy-to-understand manner!! Among the nearby dental clinics, this was the best.
