Not great... I don't recommend it...

I visited the hospital for my baby's wound closure. I requested a surgery under sedation because I was worried about my baby getting hurt during the procedure. The anesthesia was administered safely, and the wound closure was done exceptionally well, so I am very satisfied. Thank you so much! ^^

I called the clinic first because I was injured. Despite arriving late, I was greeted kindly and guided to the hospital. With the help of the staff at the desk and the surgical room, I was able to have surgery. The doctor explained everything patiently in response to my questions about my pain and did a great job with the stitches. I am very grateful for everyone's kind service and for being able to receive treatment even at a late hour. I will definitely recommend this place to my acquaintances.

As a consumer who used this establishment, I wish to share information from a public interest perspective. The service from the front desk staff was significantly below expectations. This is not merely a personal feeling but feedback based on objective facts. 1. Causing customer inconvenience due to overbooking operations. 2. Inappropriate response attitude lacking customer respect. 3. Consultation method that raises doubts about professionalism. This is a legitimate issue raised from the perspective of protecting consumer rights, and I clearly state that its purpose is to help other consumers make rational choices. P.S. I would like to remind you that unfair deletion requests for legitimate reviews based on factual reporting may infringe upon consumers' right to know.

Even with a reservation, you have to wait for over an hour. ^^

I visited Amun Plastic Surgery to remove a cyst that had been bothering me. I was very satisfied because the doctor, who took care of me while I was worried about potential pain during the cyst removal and meticulously cared for the scar, was great. The staff who guided me were also kind, and most importantly, the scar left was so small that I was completely satisfied. Since I had an appointment, I was able to receive treatment and the removal surgery right away, so the waiting time was very short. Above all, it was great to have staff who explained things thoroughly while I waited. The facilities were also very clean, which I was completely satisfied with. They said they also do wound suturing, so if I get injured later, I should come to get it sutured. Thank you so much~~

The male staff at the information desk was extremely unfriendly. They seem to book multiple appointments at the same time, making it feel like a chaotic marketplace. Be aware that the consultation coordinator is highly skilled and manipulative.
