I brought my mother-in-law to get her knee treated. While waiting, I decided to try Chuna manual therapy. Initially, they used a machine for stretching, and then they tapped along my spine with a rubber mallet to adjust my spine. Afterward, they touched my neck vertebrae and said that the 4th cervical vertebra was slightly protruding, which is common in modern people and not a cause for great concern. I expected treatments like spinal alignment, neck correction, and pelvic correction with audible cracking sounds, as seen on TV and YouTube, but they said the Chuna therapy was finished. When I asked if they don't perform the cracking type of treatment, the doctor and a female staff member couldn't look me in the eye and mumbled incoherently. That's when I thought, 'What the heck!'. I chose this place based on the mostly accurate reviews on Kakao Map, but I never expected this. I've heard of fake reviews, but I didn't think it would be this bad. I suspect many Chuna clinics in this area might be at this level. I wonder if there are actually places that perform Chuna therapy well, like the ones seen on TV and YouTube. The cost was 17,100 won. I'll just consider it a lost cause. I thought Kyung Hee University's College of Korean Medicine was the pinnacle of Korean medicine, but it seems to have declined. I can understand why Korean medicine is sometimes looked down upon by Western medicine, and I think its position will continue to shrink. It feels like it's becoming harder to find the real thing in this world. It's a bitter feeling. The treatment was so poor that I can't believe the three reviews below are true.

The doctor was kind and I could feel their skill. They are excellent at acupuncture. Moreover, the place is incredibly clean! I almost didn't write a review because I wanted to keep it a secret, but here it is. P.S. The Chuna therapy was also very refreshing and well done.
