During a consultation for my young child's astigmatism, I inquired about whether glasses would be prescribed. The doctor explained the situation and then asked me if I wanted to proceed with a glasses prescription. When I asked, 'Is this something I can choose?' the doctor mentioned that the results from the child's two vision tests were inconsistent and that we should wait and see, as the child is still very young. During this exchange, the doctor expressed frustration that our opinions were not aligning and made comments such as implying that getting glasses in Korea was about money, or that I was only considering my own opinions and schedule without listening to the doctor's advice. While the doctor made an effort to conclude on a positive note, these remarks were offensive to me as a guardian. Furthermore, regarding my older child, after the examination, I was told that there had been no significant change in vision for six months and that the existing glasses could continue to be worn. However, when I went to an optical shop for a re-examination, both eyes showed a one-step lower prescription, necessitating new glasses. Considering the long wait and the effort it took to get both children examined and pay for the services, the experience was not worthwhile at all. I prioritize my children's health and vision protection, and I approached the consultation with the hope that the glasses prescription would not worsen my child's vision. However, the doctor's statements during today's consultation left me feeling uncomfortable as a guardian. I kindly request a consultation environment where patients' and guardians' questions and opinions are respected in the future. I also ask that potentially misleading expressions be avoided during explanations. I apologize for leaving my feedback here as the homepage was not accessible.

The night before, I experienced a stinging pain in one eye while trying to remove my contact lens. I was worried about going to an ophthalmologist due to language barriers and not having international health insurance, but I was more concerned about my eye's condition. This clinic was the closest to my location, so I visited without an appointment around 4 PM on a weekday. The reception staff were friendly, and they wrote down my questions after reading my translated message. The clinic also appeared clean and spacious. The doctor was very kind and spoke fluent English, although we occasionally used Google Translate to communicate. Fortunately, my eye condition was not serious, and I received eye drops prescribed at the ground-floor pharmacy. The consultation fee was about $25 USD, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this place to any foreigners in a similar situation (when it's not an emergency but you need an eye check-up)!

Overtreatment-focused ophthalmology clinic lol. As soon as the consultation ended, they sat me in front of the UV treatment machine without any explanation. Please be aware of this and do not undergo the treatment. The initial consultation fee was 12,000 KRW.

I apparently had chronic inflammation in my eyelids... I knew my eyes were weak, but I realized it again... The doctor asked my opinion on whether a particular medication was necessary or not before prescribing it, and that part was very reassuring. Around 2 PM, after the lunch break on a weekday, there was almost no waiting time. The reception staff were also good. They seem to have changed.

The staff at the information desk were unfriendly. The waiting time was an hour, so be prepared. When I asked the doctor some questions, they said if I wasn't satisfied with their treatment, I should go to a bigger hospital. I was so shocked by this attitude. There's no parking available, and parking is only allowed for an hour. Even when I asked the pharmacy to extend the parking time beyond an hour, they refused, and I had to pay for parking when I left. I don't think I'll be going back. I do not recommend this place. After visiting today, I realized this is definitely not the place for me.
