The reservation and waiting system are particularly unreasonable. It's a way to line up and write lists using manual therapy in order for customers to arrive in front of a hospital closed in the morning. Due to the narrow corridor that leads down the stairs, people start screaming upwards and downwards, which is quite absurd. Even if I admit that there's a reason for insisting on writing manual therapy and manual therapy, this method is without issue. It's not necessary to properly manage it to operate. It's unreasonable.

The doctor was fine, but the overweight nurse was rude. The nurse is known for her bad reputation.

I don't understand this reservation system. They told me to go at least 30 minutes before the clinic opens to make a reservation for the morning or afternoon. I understand they might use a manual system for elderly people who don't know how to use smartphones, but it's still very inconvenient and confusing. The staff were unfriendly, and they should at least give an estimate of the waiting time so people can plan accordingly. I made a reservation in the morning by filling out a form, but I was made to wait for two hours without knowing when I would be seen. I don't get this system at all. They must have some idea of the expected waiting time, but it seems they're unwilling to take responsibility, so they just make people wait blindly. It's quite frustrating...

The reservation method is inconvenient and outdated. The counter staff's tone is still blunt and unfriendly. In the past, the doctor was kind and thorough, but lately, they seem to be rushing the examinations, asking about the presence of private insurance, and recommending expensive lotions. I have no reason to visit anymore.
