The doctor quickly caught my symptoms and provided treatment. I went because of back pain, but after receiving physical therapy, I've improved a lot.

Please make an objective judgment. I visited because my fingernail was broken and bleeding. Two X-rays, a plastic finger splint, and cryotherapy (a machine that sprays a mist like cool dry ice... I question why this procedure was included in the first place, as it wasn't a fracture). All of these procedures, costing around 40,000 won, were performed without my consent. I applied for private insurance reimbursement, and received about 10% of the hospital bill (4,000 won). I later found out that 30,000 won was non-covered and 10,000 won was covered, totaling 40,000 won in deductions. Is this correct? Of course, since it's 4th generation insurance, the payout will differ from others, but why was cryotherapy included in the treatment process? Honestly, they sprayed it for only 7-8 seconds, and that too while my finger was wrapped in gauze. I doubt if it was even effective. I truly cannot understand.

I went because my wrist wasn't feeling well, and they treated me kindly. After receiving physical therapy, I got much better the next day.
