This seems to be the best hospital in the neighborhood, including the DMC office commercial district. They are friendly and professional. There was no waiting time. They also seem to prescribe medication flexibly. Unlike places that overprescribe or prescribe too weakly to manage symptoms, this place doesn't feel like that. I got a receipt to prove I paid out of pocket, but I don't think Kakao Map has that feature, or maybe I couldn't find it. Anyway, even though there's no 'paid out of pocket' mark, I did pay for it myself.

When I mentioned I had a fever, a nurse asked if I wanted to get tested for COVID or the flu, even though my fever had subsided. I understand that might be protocol. I went because my child had a runny nose, making it difficult to breathe and sleep, and I wanted their nasal mucus removed. However, they said they couldn't remove it if there was a fever. I pointed out my child no longer had a fever, wondering if this was because we didn't get tested. My child was clearly uncomfortable throughout the entire examination, but the nurse repeatedly instructed me to ensure my child wore their mask properly. I will not be returning. I regret bringing my child here and putting them through such distress for a consultation.

The reception staff are quite unfriendly. They always make me feel bad, and even though I have no choice but to go there because I'm in a hurry, I always leave feeling upset.

The doctor and the nurses assisting with the treatment were all kind and provided excellent care. However, the staff member at the reception desk, possibly a nurse, was very brusque. I even felt nervous, as if I had done something wrong. I suggest improving the patient interaction approach.
