The nurses were kind, but the doctor (male) was not. He spoke condescendingly and authoritatively when I asked questions about information that might be new to a patient, making for an unpleasant experience. This isn't the first time; I've visited several times over the years, including for health check-ups, and he hasn't changed. I'm considering looking for another clinic.

I saw the doctor for a consultation. I don't know if they are like this with all patients, but the doctor was condescending and rude. Even though it's a normal situation for a patient to see a doctor, I felt intimidated as if I were an inconvenience that needed to be dealt with quickly. (There wasn't even a waiting patient behind me.) I recommend that those with weaker mental health seek treatment at a different clinic. Doctor, I kindly ask that you show a little more consideration from the patient's perspective. Many patients will likely be hurt.

All the doctors are kind, and the director is excellent at endoscopies. I always do it without sedation, and it's not very uncomfortable. I had my health check-up today, so I'll be back in two years^^ Thank you for your hard work.

I went because my throat hurt a bit, but I took the prescribed medication and it didn't work. It got worse after a day. Other reviews said everyone was kind, but I didn't even feel the kindness, and the prescribed medication didn't work. It got worse...

On Thursdays, the male doctor rests and the female doctor provides treatment. The doctor provides excellent care and the endoscopy is also convenient.
