I was scared and anxious when I decided to move to a hospital I've been going to for a long time, but the doctor listened attentively to my story and empathized with me, which helped me recover. The hospital atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

I received treatment from a female doctor, but during the response, I felt uncomfortable with her tone and expression, which made me feel unwell throughout the treatment. For the patient, adequate explanations and comfortable communication are important, but I was very disappointed in that aspect. Personally, it was an experience I didn't want to visit again.
