The doctor's examination was neat and tidy. However, the reception staff seem to be inherently angry. I understand there are many elderly patients who ramble, but it's unavoidable that I felt unpleasant.

I was prescribed medication for allergies, but it didn't help, so I went to another hospital. They told me it wasn't allergic and gave me a completely different diagnosis. I saw a review below about the exact same situation happening again. If my eyes are red, is it always an allergy? I wish you would conduct more precise examinations.
