It's convenient that they guided me through the test results over the phone. However, the way they questioned me on the phone about what I was told during the consultation was a bit unpleasant. It might be due to a patient's pattern of repeated questions, but I thought it would be better to change the approach.

I visited for a negative hemorrhage, and there was no explanation for the unnecessary treatment. Consequently, the prescribed medication didn't help. I went there twice, and both times were very bad.

I visited early during opening hours, and the staff were always friendly, and the doctor explained everything well, so I'm leaving with a successful cervical cancer test~~~
