The front desk service was absolutely terrible. Their tone seemed mocking, accompanied by laughter... While trying to schedule my first appointment, I decided this wasn't the right place for me and started looking for other hospitals.

Doctor Lee So-hyun is so, so great!!! There are places where they only prescribe medication during consultations, but Doctor Lee So-hyun's consultation is also important here, so I usually hesitate to speak, sometimes coming back crying. Even when my father was in pain, I don't think I would have been able to leave if I hadn't been Doctor Lee So-hyun when he died. He praised me for the minor things, and I feel much better when I visit when I'm in a lot of pain!! Thank you, Doctor Lee So-hyun, who is warm~ ♡

The reception staff were unfriendly, which made me feel bad when booking or picking up medication. I'm not asking for special treatment, just basic politeness. However, the doctor was excellent.

The doctor was kind, haha. The person at the front desk who answered the phone in the morning was incredibly personable. This was my first time getting into a fight at a psychiatric clinic while living. It was incredibly confusing. When I asked what to do because the prescription was missed, the doctor said I needed to receive treatment. When I asked if I didn't have to pay the treatment fee separately, the doctor didn't respond and told me to check if it was different from the previous prescription at first. How could I not? Who doesn't know that? I know they don't want to work, but this is the first time I've seen them handing over to patients. I'm really in a bad mood and don't want to go back.

I was looking forward to seeing reviews and went there, but it was really bad. The female doctor told me to keep doing a psychological check-up that was close to 500,000 won, saying that the herbal medicine I had eaten as a doctor was years old, and that medication I didn't take without a check-up was useless. A close acquaintance told me they couldn't do it because they were busy, but they asked me to come in for just one day a week... They didn't even ask about my concerns or condition, and even said they wouldn't take the medication without a test because it didn't make sense. They gave me a few thousand won for a general survey at another hospital and gave me a few thousand won for a stress test, but the explanation of the test results was stressless. It's over. This test was not recommended, but they said I wanted to do it (approximately 90,000) because it was too difficult, so I went back without feeling much doubt. The staff were friendly, but they suggested tests (up to 420,000 won) and consultations (up to a minimum of 10 sessions per week for at least 150,000 won). The initial consultation fee is 30,000 won.

I've visited several places that claim to be famous and say they are good, but the doctor who takes care of me doesn't seem to be managing my mental health, but it's a strong one. This place is different. They listen well to me and pay close attention. Even in cases like prescribing medication, they adjust well to my symptoms and requirements, so I've been coming here for over a year. The female doctor is very warm (although the atmosphere isn't warm and friendly, but the psychiatrist's atmosphere from the initial consultation is also strange...?) The front desk staff are also friendly.
