I made a reservation and visited according to the appointment time. While I was sitting in the chair waiting, there was someone who arrived later than me. The receptionist didn't even verify the order, and the person who arrived later than me was the first to check in. At that point, I pushed the order and sat and waited for 40 minutes. (I knew that he was the first to arrive, so I understood.) However, all the staff entered the examination room without any explanation, so I didn't even know how long it would take, so I just waited...
