I called to make an appointment. When I was connected to the doctor because they didn't have a specific medication I was looking for, the response was, 'So what do you want me to do about it?' and 'We don't have that medication.' I was very taken aback by this attitude. I suspect they must be using paid reviewers.

I've been to several psychiatric clinics, and while some weren't great, I think this is a truly wonderful place. The doctor's tone is gentle and kind from the start. They also get straight to the point, so if you're not someone who just passively listens, you can hear objective feedback as well.

The doctor was calm and listened carefully to my concerns, offering solutions. The cost was also reasonable, unlike other doctors who seem solely motivated by profit. I appreciate the doctor's sincerity. I visited because I had too many thoughts and couldn't sleep. After talking with the doctor, my thoughts became clearer and my sleep problems have significantly improved, which makes me very happy. I recommend this hospital to anyone struggling with insomnia, mental health issues, or other problems. In Korean society, enduring hardship is often considered a virtue, and people tend to let their conditions worsen due to concern for others' opinions. However, I hope you seek treatment early. In fact, when those who need treatment don't receive it, those around them often suffer more. I even hesitated before writing this review, but I decided to share my experience in the hope that it might help even one person facing similar struggles to live a better life. While I personally connected well with this doctor and had a positive experience, if that's not the case for you, I still encourage you to seek treatment elsewhere. Everyone goes through difficult times. It's not an individual's fault; Korean society itself is sick in how it pressures people to endure. Let's give ourselves the opportunity to live better lives by seeking treatment.

The doctor is calm and prescribes medication accurately. I've been to other hospitals, but this one works much better. I've been coming here for 16 years and continue to do so even after moving to Seongbuk-gu. I highly recommend it.

This is the only hospital in the vicinity that accepts walk-in patients without prior appointments. I was feeling very unwell and urgently needed a same-day appointment. After receiving treatment and medication, I am now feeling much better. I am deeply grateful for the kind and empathetic consultation and medical care I received.
