I had been suffering from dizziness and visited several hospitals without improvement. I came here after receiving a recommendation. Although the doctor initially seemed a bit brusque, they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to them, I've gotten much better.

Dr. Kim Jin-ho is very trustworthy and provides excellent care. I always get better quickly, which is wonderful.

I had heard that the doctor and his son, who is also a doctor, used to work together. It appears the son has now opened his own practice under a different name. Seeing as payments are handled separately, this seems to be the case. The medical service itself is friendly.

The hospital name has changed to 'Newtime Clinic'. It seems that Dr. Kim Jong-hwa, who was an otolaryngology specialist, has resigned. I thought this might be helpful to know for reference.

I understand both negative and positive reviews. At first, I was shocked because the consultation felt like it ended in 30 seconds, but after visiting for a while, I came to appreciate that they don't waste unnecessary time. It's not that they don't answer questions; they are just the right amount of friendly, but the doctor's extremely impatient personality seems to be a point of contention. There are two doctors, so you can choose who you see. Dr. Kim Jong-hwa is the elder, and Dr. Kim Jin-ho is younger; they seem to be father and son. If you prefer a thorough and unhurried consultation, see the elder doctor. If you want a quick consultation to save time, see the younger doctor.
