Overtreatment... This is my first time at an ENT clinic that takes a CT scan of my nose, and I was surprised when I checked in. haha

I went to get my eardrum checked because my ears felt clogged. I registered after 2 PM, during lunchtime, and then had the examination and consultation. I was hesitant because the reviews were only 2.5 stars, but thanks to the quick progress of the examination, the friendly nurses, and the doctor who explained things slowly and meticulously, I left the clinic satisfied with my consultation. There was no excessive treatment.

The staff was very unfriendly. I initially overlooked it on my first visit, assuming the doctor might be having a bad day, but they were still unfriendly during my second visit.

They are very unfriendly. The worst hospital ever.

The specialist doctor provided excellent care. I had severe sinusitis, but thanks to them, it has improved significantly. It was convenient that everything from reception to prescription was handled through the kiosk.

I will never go back.

I visited because I had a cold. The doctors were kind, and I always feel like I recover quickly after coming here, so I visit every time. I hope I don't get sick again, but I will come back~^^
