The nurses who do the scaling need training. I received it annually, and the previous nurse stopped working and a new one came here. Before, it felt like a toothbrush had been removed during the scaling, but this time, they did a really messy job. It felt like they were practicing for beginners. I think the person who provided the treatment knows what kind of child they are. I found this clinic because it was far from my home, so I went there. Now I think I'll have to go to a nearby clinic.

I went for a regular check-up after orthodontic treatment. It's good.

I refrained from further conversation to avoid raising my voice, but I experienced several instances of what felt like rude responses. When I inquired about information I received at a university hospital, the doctor responded, 'That's something that will only be discussed decades from now.' Also, when asked, 'Do you even know about dental floss?' to me, who thought I had been managing my oral hygiene diligently, I was honestly taken aback. While I cannot judge the doctor's expertise or depth of knowledge, I would have had more trust if the doctor had accurately confirmed and explained things rather than scoffing at the patient's concerns. I received excellent treatment at the university hospital and will be seeking dental care elsewhere.

I used to go to other dental clinics in the neighborhood, but I've settled on this one. They never recommend unnecessary procedures, and both the dental hygienists and the doctor are kind and honest. The only downside is that the clinic hours are short. I'm afraid the doctor might retire, so please stay for a long time~~
