This is the worst experience. The doctors are just rushed to make money, and the assistants are four things. When I found out, the doctor was dismissive, and even if it was inconvenient, it seemed like it was because there were many patients. When I asked the assistant anything, they told me not to tell the doctor.

Lack of expertise. While the friendliness, facilities, atmosphere, and process were not bad, my child showed no improvement, and cross-checking with other hospitals revealed that incorrect diagnoses from this place were not a one-off occurrence. This applies to both the ENT and pediatric departments. If your child's condition isn't resolved here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion from another hospital.

Every hospital has its pros and cons, but after going around, I'm going to see Doctor Heo Ji-seon. She identified the cause that couldn't be found at the university hospital's emergency room or other pediatric clinics. Perhaps because she is a woman, she clearly explains the important aspects that mothers often find frustrating or curious about, without missing anything.

The ENT department was unfriendly.

The staff were blocking the way, letting kids from pediatrics lie and play on the floor in front of the desk. When asked to move, they only did so then. I was looking around for the first time, and they didn't pay any attention to me. The staff were as noisy and distracted as the children. Even though I needed to verify my ID since it was my first visit, they insisted I use the kiosk and paid no attention whether I came or went. Even though I have low standards for friendliness, this hospital experience was very unpleasant. I'm giving 2 points because the medication prescribed by the doctor was effective, but the doctor's explanations were imprecise, trailing off, and contradictory. I don't know about pediatrics, but if you're going to ENT, unless it's an absolute last resort, it's better not to go for your mental peace.

My child had a high fever, so I tried to speak in English, but no one here spoke English and I was told to speak in Korean.

Parking is a bit inconvenient and there's a long wait because the automatic payment isn't working. However, the doctor in the ENT department is excellent, and they are also good with pediatrics. The staff at the desk are kind. Also, the doctor prescribes strong medication. If the doctor prescribes mild medication, the cold might last longer but have fewer side effects. If the doctor prescribes strong medication, there might be more side effects, but the cold will likely clear up faster. I'm not sure which is better for a baby... but my baby got better quickly. I will visit often.

The pediatric clinic makes it crowded and noisy, and the waiting time is excessively long. The front desk staff were also unfriendly.

The temporary doctor is terrible. Also, why did the prices go up so much? The consultation fee is 2.5 times higher than the hospitals next door...
