They do not over-treat. They consult kindly and seem to provide good medical care. The medication was prescribed well, and my cold got better quickly.

This is the only clinic located in the apartment complex's commercial area. An ENT and pediatric clinic on the lower floor, which had a pretty interior, closed down several years ago, but this clinic has many long-term patients from the apartments. I haven't experienced the reported unkindness of the nurses, so I can't comment on that. However, the doctor opposes unnecessary treatments and prioritizes health management, which is rare these days. Although the doctor may seem indifferent, they provide detailed and specific explanations, and give off a 'tsundere' vibe of caring for patients. It feels like a small, one-doctor clinic, but it is well-equipped with multiple rooms besides the doctor's office, including X-ray, upper endoscopy, and IV infusion rooms, making it comparable to larger clinics with two doctors. Perhaps this is why the clinic has many regular patients who have been coming for 20 years, alongside the history of this apartment complex. I suspect the clinic on the lower floor, run by two doctors, might have closed down because of this clinic, though I'm not certain.

This place is really terrible. Absolutely do not go. When I went to get a vaccine, the doctor mumbled through the manual without even holding it up. The nurse was in such a hurry that I couldn't even say what I needed to say. Then, they took a call from someone else, got annoyed, and the nurses were bad-mouthing that person amongst themselves. When I called to change my appointment, they said it wasn't possible (even though other hospitals could, and this hospital said they could change it within a week), but if they're going to act this bothered, I don't understand why they became doctors and nurses... They have zero professional ethics. I came to this hospital because I live in this apartment complex, but I will never go back... I heard that at Samsung Dream Internal Medicine, the doctors are friendly from the start, and the doctors give good vaccine shots. This is a business, after all. Is it okay to run a local business like this?
