I visited for the first time for bladder inflammation treatment, and the doctor was kind, and the staff were also friendly and satisfied. I visited again and saw reviews on Kakao Map, and I wondered if I purposely posted such reviews from a competitor?! The judgement is right for me to experience and make.

I had prenatal testing at this hospital, and they diagnosed me with a condition where pregnancy was impossible, using extreme language. They even told me I was insensitive for not noticing symptoms, which I didn't have. However, when I visited a few days later, my numbers were good, so I couldn't understand or accept the previous diagnosis (I usually have no symptoms and my menstrual cycle is regular). I went to a larger hospital and had another ultrasound, where they told me I was in a condition ready for pregnancy and had no issues. As a doctor, you can share your subjective opinion, but this was excessive. They prescribed hormone medication without a detailed explanation, telling me to take it for nearly a year. I decided not to take it and went to a larger hospital instead, and I'm glad I didn't take the medication. Seeing similar experiences from others below suggests this might have happened a few times. I will never visit this hospital again, but I hope others will consider these reviews.

I left this neighborhood after my miscarriage, but I'm writing this because it still bothers me. I went there at 5 weeks pregnant to get a confirmation of pregnancy document. The doctor there got extremely angry, saying I didn't even qualify as a pregnant woman, and spoke rudely as if they were having a bad day. I ignored it. Then, at 20 weeks, after my miscarriage, they apologized. Do you know that what you say can upset the other person? You run a Christian hospital, but is it enough to repent after spewing harsh words at a patient? I saw reviews saying the hospital is not professional, not kind, spews unpleasant remarks, and abuses non-covered services. All of it is true.

I am deeply ashamed and humiliated by the way patients are treated here. I will regret choosing this OB/GYN clinic for my first visit for the rest of my life and will carry this trauma with me. Especially if you are parents with daughters, do not bring your adolescent daughters here for medical treatment. I am being completely serious. Even after more than 10 years, this doctor still makes me think about it. I thought maybe the clinic had closed down, but it seems they are still here.

I recommend seeking a second opinion at another hospital if you receive a serious diagnosis here. I was diagnosed with a very serious condition (problems with the uterus, vagina, and fallopian tubes) and was prescribed antibiotics and hormonal medication. After taking the medication for about 10 days and visiting a general hospital, I was told everything was completely normal. I am now experiencing side effects from the hormonal medication. I hope others do not make the same mistake I did and carefully consider taking medication, especially when it involves sensitive organs and potential side effects.

I've been coming to this hospital for a long time. Dr. Jieun is kind and explains things calmly and well. She even wrote down the explanations on a notepad, which was helpful for remembering everything at home. The nurses are also kind and attentive, making sure to take care of my requests even when they were busy. I always get my cervical cancer screening here, and they compare it with previous results, which increases my trust in the hospital.

I've never seen a clinic charge 20,000 won for just a 5-minute consultation. I visited to get a prescription for Yaz for my PCOS. While the consultation fee at other clinics is usually around 4,000-6,000 won, this place arbitrarily inflates the price through the loophole of prescribing non-covered medication, essentially ripping people off to get rich. I explained that this was for treatment, that I had been diagnosed at another clinic and was undergoing annual check-ups and follow-ups, and that I only needed a prescription here due to my job. However, the doctor completely ignored what I said, claiming that after taking it for 3 years, it was no longer for treatment but for birth control. I have never used Yaz for birth control in my life. Then, the doctor told me, an unmarried patient, to come back pregnant next time? Haha... Looking at the reviews now, it seems all the positive ones are fake, and the few negative reviews are the real deal. Please read the reviews carefully before choosing. I will never go back. ❌❌❌❌

I was worried after reading some reviews, but the doctor and staff were genuinely kind! I don't quite understand the complaints about unfriendliness. The doctor explained the examination in detail.

The doctor explained things kindly and well. However, the doctor speaks a bit fast, perhaps due to the large number of patients.
