무릎 다쳐서 방문했는데 며칠 지난 상처라 작은 이물질들이 박혀 있었는데 하나 하나 꼼꼼하게 제거해 주시고, 진료 때마다 상태 변화도 알려주셨어요 :) 여기 외과지만 감기나 소화불량 같은 내과 진료도 잘 보신다고 동네분들이 말씀하시더라구요. 믿고 갈 수 있는 병원 알게 돼 좋았습니다.

After visiting three orthopedic clinics and being told it couldn't be done at Boramae Hospital either, they treated me quickly! I received stitches for the first time in my life, and they were very kind. They also provided detailed post-treatment instructions, which was great!

I wasn't receiving proper treatment elsewhere and felt overcharged, but here I received prompt surgery and treatment.

The service was friendly and the waiting time was short, which was great.

☆ Pros ☆ As the clinic has been operating in the same location for 49 years since its establishment in 1977, it seems they have extensive experience. I was satisfied that I could receive prompt treatment with no waiting patients around 9:30 AM on a weekday. The doctor personally performed the cyst removal and suturing, and the nurses handled all subsequent procedures such as dressing, stitch removal, and pus drainage. ☆ Cons ☆ When I explained my symptoms, I was only recommended for removal without a separate treatment plan explanation, making it difficult to predict the overall treatment course. During the consultation, the responses felt concise and somewhat one-sided, leaving me with unaddressed questions, which was disappointing. Guidance on self-dressing was also limited. Although I mentioned I would perform self-dressing for a week due to my schedule, I was only briefly told, "Just don't remove the bandage." This made me anxious about whether I should refrain from dressing for 5 days until my next visit. Personally, I believe it's better to self-dress every 1-2 days rather than scratching when the dressing area itches. Furthermore, after the stitch removal and pus drainage, I had to travel, so I asked about dressing materials and methods, but it was difficult to get a specific explanation. Consequently, I ended up purchasing the necessary materials by showing a photo at a pharmacy and performing self-dressing. ☆ Personal Opinion ☆ I believe this clinic may be suitable for those who want short waiting times and quick treatment, and who do not have significant time constraints or financial burdens. On the other hand, those who prioritize thorough explanations of the treatment process and mutual communication, or those who have tight schedules, want to self-dress, or are concerned about medical costs, may find it somewhat inconvenient. My schedule was tight and I lacked financial leeway, so I felt somewhat disappointed, and personally, it was an experience worth about 2 stars. I will not be revisiting.
