There is no over-treatment, they are very thorough, explain things well, and they are very efficient. This is truly a top-tier dental clinic.

The doctor is an older woman. She doesn't listen well to the patient and primarily speaks her own mind, which was intimidating. I felt like things were being forced upon me. On the procedure table, I felt very stiff and tense, like I was being pushed into something. She recommended a new procedure when I wasn't ready. I felt pressured. It was also uncomfortable to see her speak somewhat authoritatively to the staff. The staff members themselves were kind. The results were neither good nor bad.

I visited with apprehension because another dentist told me it had to be extracted. However, the doctor explained a way to save it without extraction, which made me feel trustworthy!

의사쌤, 치위생사님들 모두 친절하고 안내도 잘해주세요! 스케일링하러 갔는데 치위생사님이 엄청 꼼꼼하게 잘해주셔서 감동 :) 의사쌤이 치아검진해주시고 어떻게 관리하면 된다, 스케일링 주기는 1년이 적당하겠다 등 상세하게 설명해주시고 꼭 필요한 것들만 짚어주세요! 내년에도 주기적으로 스케일링 받으러 가겠습니다! 정말 최고최고 :) 감사합니다!!

I went for a consultation, but the doctor spoke to me in a way that made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. It was not a good experience. I also felt uncomfortable with the doctor yelling at the staff. Overall, it was not a good visit.

It's a bit strange.
