I really don't understand the negative reviews at all. It's obvious they couldn't get treatment because they didn't show up on time, so why are they blaming the desk staff? I can see why people come to a psychiatric hospital, but it's a place where people interact with people, and I don't understand expecting special treatment just for oneself. I have been visiting this hospital consistently since I first came to Seoul, even after moving to the provinces, because I found the desk staff and the doctor to be very kind and good. I believe that hospitals primarily provide medication and diagnosis; ultimately, for treatment, one must strive to correct their own behavior and visit the center if that is difficult. Looking at the attitude of the negative comments, they all seem to expect things to be done for them. Even when you go to a general internal medicine clinic for a cold, they give you medication and a diagnosis, and provide guidance on behavior. You have to manage your own health... yet there are people who seem to think that everything should be done for them as if the staff were personal assistants.

As a foreigner living in Korea, this was my first visit to this hospital. However, the staff's attitude was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I have been taking medication daily for several years, and recently moved, leading me to search for a psychiatric clinic near my new home. Despite this, upon arrival at the hospital, I was completely turned away, told they had no appointments available for the day. What is the difference between someone with a mental illness and someone with a physical illness? If your staff cannot understand this, I believe they should not be entrusted with such an important role. This stems from a lack of proper understanding regarding mental health conditions. I was deeply disappointed and extremely regretful of the attitude shown by the staff at the reception desk. I sincerely hope that you will consider hiring individuals who can empathize with and show consideration for patients with mental health conditions.

I have been attending psychiatric outpatient clinics for 10 years, and this is the first time I've seen a place like this. From the reception nurse to the doctor, everything from 1 to 10 is rotten. People with mental health issues go to places like this, so they should be more considerate, but their behavior is a disgrace... I went because I urgently needed my usual medication, but I will never go back again. They didn't even prescribe my medication. ㅜ

Perhaps the mixed reviews are because either the world sees me wrong, or I see the world wrong. The doctors and nurses are all kind. You can understand and use this place as a hospital for busy office workers to get prescriptions and make brief visits.

The counter staff are friendly, and even though I went for mild anxiety symptoms, they listen carefully every time I visit! I got to discuss my concerns and receive a prescription, and I'm very satisfied 👍

I traveled a long distance to visit because a friend recommended this place. The female doctor just talked to me by herself during the consultation, listened, and only laughed. Her attitude was unpleasant, and I felt she lacked experience. Anyway, when I called because the medication had no effect, she told me to go to another hospital! It's absurd. A psychiatrist should be able to empathize and listen after providing treatment, but this doctor lacks the most basic attitude.

I'm leaving a 1-star review because it was too obvious that money comes before patients.

The nurses were good. However, there wasn't much actual medical treatment, and they just prescribed medication. Even when I told them my symptoms weren't improving, the doctors didn't react or respond with any suggestions. I've been to many psychiatric clinics for a long time, but this is the first time I've experienced such a perfunctory consultation.
