I was confirmed, and my trauma was prescribed medication and almost healed. However, the doctor said it might take time to recover from nerve damage. When I tried to charge for insurance, and they tried to remove the diagnostic certificate, they said they could only write what they had treated themselves. The diagnostic certificate stated "treatment content and prospects for future treatment", so I don't understand why you can't write nerve pain in the item. I don't know if the doctor's skills are good, but they are very dismissive when it comes to removing the diagnostic certificate.

Reviews are indeed unreliable. I was initially worried but ended up visiting. They explained everything I was curious about clearly, and I felt a genuine kindness rather than an over-the-top politeness. Unless they acted rudely or spoke about things they didn't truly know, I don't think they would have treated anyone as negatively as described in some reviews.

Summary: No over-treatment, doctor is a bit unfriendly. I got a urinalysis and even an injection, and it only cost 6,300 won. I prepared by reading reviews beforehand (I didn't speak first and only answered questions). However, the doctor's voice was so low that when I asked them to repeat themselves, they got angry and started rambling. But later, they became friendly. The nurse's explanations were also brief. They'd just say, 'Do this, this,' and leave without fully explaining. Conclusion: If you can tolerate some unfriendliness, go. The price makes it bearable.
