I visited this dental clinic this summer to get a cavity on my back tooth treated. After cleaning the tooth, it started bleeding heavily, and I was told that a temporary filling needed to be placed. The nurse was responsible for putting in the temporary filling, but she accidentally dropped it on the floor, where it rolled around and picked up dirt. She thought I didn’t notice, quickly rinsed it with water, and attempted to place it directly into my open, bleeding tooth. It happened so fast that I didn’t have time to react, but I told her immediately that I saw the filling fall on the floor and that she was about to put something contaminated into my tooth. She apologized, removed it, and only then started properly disinfecting everything. But by that point, the contaminated filling had already been inside my tooth. When I left the room, I asked to speak with the doctor because I was worried about a possible infection and needed reassurance. They initially refused and told me to “leave a note” if I had questions. I became upset and insisted, and only then did they call the doctor. When I explained what happened, the doctor was shocked at first but then tried to reassure me that everything was fine. They also give a call to the nurse, who was already on her lunch break. She claimed that she had disinfected everything immediately after the filling touched the floor — but she left out the fact that she only rinsed it with water at first and disinfected it properly only after I confronted her. She lied right in front of me on the phone, she didn’t know I’m there. After this experience, I have no desire to return to this clinic. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and honesty was extremely disappointing.

충치때문에 다녀왔는데 진짜 너무 아픕니다 마취도 여러번 했는데 안되서… ㅠㅠ 집 갔는데 너무 아파서 다시 오라고 해서 가서 다시 치료받고 마지막으로 간 날도 마취가 안되서 너무 아팠어요… 치고ㅏ 다시는 가기 싫네요 정말…. It was bloody hurt… just hurt so much I told them and they injected me so many times but didnt work.. went home and it was too hurt to eat, so went back there again…..dont want to go back there ever again

의사 샘 너무 친절하시고 좋아요 직원분들도 정말 나이스하시고 스케일링 완전 꼼꼼하게 잘해주셨구요. 치과포비아 있어서 사랑니 발치 엄청 겁먹고 갔는데 그냥 무뽑듯이 쑥쑥 잘뽑아주셨고 하나도 안아팠어요ㅎㅎㅎ 평택 사시면 멀리서라도 갈만한 치과입니다!
